摘 要:选取欠发达地区某市7所地方高校,随机抽取400名22-40岁青年教师,发放《地方高校青年教师队伍稳定性调查问卷》400份,测查高校青年教师队伍稳定性现状.数据表明,欠发达地区青年教师队伍稳定性有待进一步提高.影响欠发达地区高校青年教师队伍稳定性的因素包括对学校的满意度,对工作环境满意度,住房问题,参加跨单位青年教师联谊,才能发挥程度,知识陈旧影响才能发挥等.以新资本视野为取向,提出优化高校青年教师社会资本,增加高校青年教师人力资本,提升高校青年教师心理资本等措施加强欠发达地区高校青年教师队伍稳定.Selecting seven local universities from a city of underdeveloped areas,in a random sample of four hundred young teachers aged from twenty-two to forty,handing out four hundred 《Questionnaire about the team stability of local universities' young teachers》,surveying the status in quo of the team stability of universities' young teachers. The statistics shows that the team stability of local universities' young teachers need to be further improved. The factors influenced the ability of local universities' young teachers include satisfaction about universities,satisfaction about working surroundings,housing problems,attending young teachers' friendship ties between universities,extent of ability exertion,out-of-date knowledge influence ability exertion,etc. Orientation on the new capital view,strengthen the team stability of local universities' young teachers in the underdeveloped areas by putting forward to optimize social capital of universities' young teachers,to increase human capital and promote psychological capital of universities' young teachers,etc.
