八段锦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期病人生活质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨八段锦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将符合纳入标准的病人随机分为干预组(52例)和对照组(50例);干预组在常规健康教育的基础上进行八段锦锻炼,对照组在健康教育的基础上常规散步;两组病人均于干预前、干预后3个月以及6个月时使用世界卫生组织编制的生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行生活质量评测,并进行数据分析。[结果]随着随访时间延长,两组病人生活质量领域评分均呈明显上升趋势,干预组的生理、心理、社会关系和环境领域评分上升趋势均比对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组在各随访时间点的生理、心理、社会关系和环境领域评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健身气功八段锦锻炼可以缓解COPD稳定期病人症状,提高生活质量。Objective：To probe into influence of Ba Duan Jin on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）in stable stage.Methods：The patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervention group（52cases）and control group（51cases）;the patients in intervention group received Ba Duan Jin exercise based on conventional health education,the patients in control group conducted conventional walking on the basis of health education;two groups of patients received the quality of life evaluation by using WHOQOL-BREF before the intervention,3months and 6months after the intervention and data analysis.Results：With longer follow-up,the quality of life score showed a clear upward trend in two groups of patients,rising trend score of physiological,psychological,social relationship and environmental fields in intervention group were more obvious than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the scores of physiological,psychological,social relationship and environmental fields in intervention group in all follow-up time points were much better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qigong Ba Duan Jin exercise could relieve the symptoms of patients with COPD in stable phase and improve their quality of life.
