摘 要:以八宝景天为试验材料,以含有两种不同洗涤剂灰水为试验水源,研究了植株的叶片叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:灰水胁迫对八宝景天的叶绿素荧光参数影响较小,PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ的实际光能转换效率(Fv′/Fm′)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(qN)的变化幅度不大,电子传递速率(ETR)的波动范围相对其他参数较大。在两种灰水胁迫下,八宝景天的叶绿素荧光参数的总趋势呈上升状态,表明灰水胁迫对植株影响甚小,未抑制其正常生长。This article,taking Sedum spectabileas test material, utilized gray water which contained two different de- tergents as test water, and studied the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Sedum spectabileunder two different kinds of gray water stress. The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Sedum spectabileunder gray water stress was less affected ; the value of PS H photochemical efficiency (Fv / Fm) ,PS ]I actual energy conver- sion efficiency (Fv′/Fm′'), photochemical quenching (qP) and non -- photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) changed slightlyl the value of electron transport rate (ETR) fluctuated largely. Under these two kinds of gray water stress;the general trend of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters on Sedum spectabileshowed a rising state, indicating that the gray water stress affected the plant little, and did not inhibit the normal growth.
