摘 要:以印尼油砂泥沙作为钙质原料配料生产硅酸盐水泥熟料,并通过与石灰石配料对比,在实验室研究了对熟料煅烧及水泥性能的影响。结果表明:印尼油砂泥沙能够满足配制生料对其成分的要求,配制的生料易烧性稍差,熟料中fCaO含量比石灰石配料的高。随煅烧温度升高,熟料中fCaO含量接近,烧制熟料的矿物形成良好,所制成水泥的初凝时间及终凝时间相对较长,但初、终凝时间间隔短。采用油砂泥沙与石灰石各50%配料,熟料中fCaO含量较低,生料的易烧性良好,熟料矿物形成正常,水泥的终凝时间缩短。油砂配料,熟料的各龄期强度相对有所提高,其中以全油砂配料较为明显,油砂与石灰石各50%配料次之。油砂泥沙可以部分或全部替代石灰石配料生产水泥。Indonesia oil sand silt was used as calcareous raw material to produce portland cement clinker. Effects on clinker burning and cement properties have been studied and compared with limestone. Results showed that, Indonesia oil sand silt as calcareous material, could meet the requirements of cement raw meal preparation. However, the raw meal burnability was poorer and the content of fCaO in clinker was higher than that using limestone as calcareous raw material. With the increase of burning temperature, the content of fCaO in clinker became close, and the clinker mineral formation was good, the initial and final setting time was relatively long, however, the interval between the cement initial and final setting time was short. When the proportion for the oil sand silt and limestone was each 50%, the raw meal burnability became better, the fCaO content in clinker was lower, the normal clinker mineral was formed, and the cement final setting time was shortened. The clinker strength of each age was improved, especially for 100% oil sand silt as calcareous raw material, followed by 50% oil sand silt and 50% oil limestone. The oil sand silt can partially or wholly replace the limestone to produce cement.
