摘 要:为了使辊磨更好地适应易磨性差异大、水分含量高、成品技术指标不同的物料,公司设计开发了新型辊磨装置——TRM36.3湿排燃煤炉渣/矿渣立式辊磨。该磨机不仅能够将含水率25%以上的湿排燃煤炉渣烘干并粉磨制备成超细微粉,还能粉磨制备矿粉,实现了炉渣微粉比表面积600m^2/kg以上,辊磨主电机电耗17~18kWh/t;矿粉比表面积≥420m2/kg,辊磨主电机电耗26~28kWh/t。该磨机的多功能化和节能特点,将大大加快固体废弃物资源化利用的步伐,创造更多的经济效益,对能源节约、环境保护具有极其重要的意义。In order to adapt to materials with different grindability, high moisture content and different product specifications, a new roller mill device-TRM36.3 wet coal-fired furnace slag/slag vertical roller mill was designed and developed. The mill would be able to grind not only more than 25% moisture content of wet coal-fired furnace slag to prepare ultra-fine powders, but also slag powder, which achieve a specific surface area of 600m2/kg or more with the roll mill main motor consumption of 17-18kWh/t for wet coal-fired furnace slag, and the specific surface area of above 420m2/kg with the main motor electrical energy consumption of 26- 28kWh/t for slag. The mill was multi-functional and energy-saving, which will greatly accelerate the solid waste utilization, and create more economic benefits. That was extremely important to energy conservation and environmental protection.
