摘 要:从化学反应动力学的角度,分析了二叔丁基过氧化物(DTBP)低温分解机理,揭示了DTBP促进柴油燃烧的作用机理,利用单缸机台架试验研究了柴油掺烧不同比例DTBP在1 400r/min全负荷下柴油机工作过程,并确定了最佳比例。试验结果表明:掺烧不同比例的DTBP能有效改善柴油的燃烧过程,缩短着火延迟期,降低油耗,并且可以在一定程度上降低缸内最高燃烧温度和排气温度。当添加0.9%的DTBP时,可使柴油机着火延迟期缩短1.8°曲轴转角,缸内最高温度和排气温度分别降低3.6%、2.3%,比油耗降低1.2%,而最大转矩增加2.0%。DTBP的最佳添加比例为0.6%~1.0%。From a view point of chemical reaction kinetics, the low temperature decomposition mechanism of DTBP was analyzed. And the mechanism of promoting the fuel burning of DTBP was revealed. Based on a single cylinder engine bench test, the effect of diesel blended with different proportions of DTBP on promoting burning was studied under the operating conditions of full load at the speed of 1 400 r/min, from which the best proportion was determined. The results show that the diesel blended with different proportions of DTBP can improve the combustion process and reduce the ignition time and fuel consumption effectively, coupled to the reduction of maximum combustion temperature in cylinder and thence exhaust gas temperature in some degree. When the diesel is blended with 0.9%DTBP, the ignition delay can be shorten by 1.8°crank angle, the highest temperature in cylinder, the exhaust temperature and the fuel consumption are dropped by 3. 6 %, 2. 3 %, 1. 2 % respectively, while the maximum torque is increased by 2. 0%. The optimum addition ratio of DTBP shall be maintained within 0.6 % - 1.0 %.
