摘 要:以轻型170F柴油机为样机,对影响涡流室燃烧的因素进行研究,得出了喷油系统结构参数匹配不合理是目前国内涡流室柴油机性能差的主要原因。采用新设计的长型轴针式喷油嘴解决了喷油嘴头部热负荷高、喷油嘴易卡死及安装后喷油嘴座面密封不严易滴漏的问题。通过对喷油结构参数和涡流室参数优化,170F柴油机性能大幅提高,标定工况燃油消耗率降至283.5g/(kW·h),比原机下降了13.2%;烟度降至0.8FSU,整机排放达到了国-Ⅱ限值要求。The influence of fuel injection system on the swirl combustion chamber was studied on a 170 F diesel engine. The experimental results show that the inappropriate match between the nozzle--related parameters and the swirl chamber diesel engines is the main reason for the worse performances of the swirl chamber diesel engine. By using a new designed long pintle nozzle, the common failures of nozzle erosion, pintle seizure and nozzle dribbling have been solved. After optimizing the parameters of the fuel injection system and swirl chamber, the engine performances can be greatly improved. At the rated conditions, the brake specific fuel consumption is reduced to 283.5 g/(kW · h), which is 13.20/00 lower than that of the original engine, the BOSCH smoke is dropped to 0.8 FSU. The exhaust emissions from the optimized engine can meet China stage Ⅱ non-road diesel engine emission standards.
