摘 要:为分析活塞和气缸套结构变形对活塞敲击运动特性的影响,以某V型高强化柴油机为研究对象,借助AVL-Excite仿真计算平台,建立活塞动力学模型,计算活塞的运动特性参数。在此基础上探讨了活塞和气缸套结构变形与活塞运动特性和活塞敲击力的相关关系,以说明活塞和气缸套结构变形对活塞敲击力建模分析的重要性,并获得活塞敲击力的变化规律。研究结果表明:在活塞运动上、下止点附近活塞敲击运动出现频率较大,且具有较高的活塞敲击动能。活塞和气缸套的结构变形使活塞侧推力峰值略微减小,活塞敲击力幅值有所下降,同时活塞敲击缸套的频率降低。In order to analysis the effects of the structural deformations of piston and cylinder liner on the piston slap motion characteristics, a V type highly intensified diesel engine piston dynamics model was built to calculate the piston motion characteristic parameters by using the AVL-EXCITE simulation platform and on this basis, the correlation among the structural deformations of the piston-cylinder liner, the piston motion characteristics and the piston slap force was discussed. The purpose of which is to show that the structural deformations of piston and cylinder liner are very important for modeling and analyzing the piston slap force, through which the variation of the piston slap force was obtained. The results demonstrate that the frequency of piston slap is relatively large together with higher slap kinetic energy at the top dead center and bottom dead center. Because of the structural deformations of piston and cylinder liner, make the maximum piston thrust slightly reduce, meanwhile the magnitude of piston striking and the frequency of piston striking cylinder liner decrease.
