摘　　要：随着生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,人才培养成为医学院校工作的重中之重,而培养人才的主要目的就是人才素质的培养,全面提高人才的整体素质是当今一种新型的人才培养观念。文化素质作为人才素质的重要组成部分之一,如何加强大学生的文化素质教育成为当今讨论的热点。通过开设思想品德、法律法规及专业课程,进一步强化医学院校学生的文化素质教育。With the transformation model of the biological - psychology - social medical, it is becoming the priority for talent training in medical colleges. And the cultivation of the talent quality plays as the main purpose of training talents,it is a new concept of talent training today for impro- ving the overall quality of the talent. The cultural competence acts as one of the important part of talent quality, it is becoming a hot spot of today＇ s discussion on how to strengthen the cultural quality education of college students. This paper argues that it is essential to carry the ideology and moral character, laws and regulations and professional courses, further strengthen the medical college students＇ cultural quality education.
