韩国高校学生公寓管理服务工作模式研究——基于对韩国高校公寓管理规定的调研分析

摘　　要：通过调研韩国高校大学生公寓管理服务工作的模式,建议国内高校打破对学生公寓的管控观念,向有利学生身心发展的服务型学生公寓转变;注重学生公寓管理服务人员队伍建设,培养一支专兼职结合的高素质学生公寓管理服务人员,发挥广大青年学生的积极性、主动性、创造性,培养学生的自我管理意识。This paper chooses the dormitories＇ operation regulation files of the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology（KAIST） ,Pohang University of Science and Technology （POSTECH）, Sungkyunkuan University and Ewha Women University and Sogang University as study object. It begins as the brief introduction of the structure and organization, regulations and then analyzes the five university dormitories＇ operation regulation files in details including the budget and settle accounts of the dormitories. This paper aims to explore the successful experiences of establishing the modem university institution in university governance by searching the characteristics of the dormitories＇ operation regulation files of the universities in Korea, and offer some valuable suggestions for how to improve university students＇ affairs in the higher education field in China.
