摘　　要：本文阐述国家创新系统(NIS)开放状态的两种形式:开放式国家创新系统和国家开放式创新系统,对这两种NIS开放状态的特点进行归纳,并从创新主体和子系统角度对NIS的创新路径选择分别进行梳理,最后探索影响NIS开放式演化的因素。研究发现目前NIS开放性研究的系统性和可衡量方面还需加强。This study summarizes the two results of the open state of national innovation system： open national innovation system （ONIS） and national open innovation system （NOIS） . Then it gives a review of the two kinds of NIS＇ characteristics, especially on the NIS innovation evolution paths from the main body and subsystems of NIS respectively. The influence factors during the evolution process are finally researched. The results shows that the open research of NIS is still in its infancy, lacking of the system and the meas- urement on openness of NIS.
