摘　　要：本文对于中国代工企业嵌入全球价值链的能力转型与产业链升级机制进行了研究。认为在代工企业持续升级过程中面临着全球价值链治理与本土市场技术积累阻隔的双重约束,使代工企业缺少转型与能力成长的内生空间。因此,需要在代工企业能力转型阻隔的条件下,从需求与供给两个层面构建代工企业能力转型与产业链升级的支撑机制,推动代工企业创新资源投入、技术能力、品牌与企业文化的持续转型升级。在此基础上,本文归纳了转型支撑机制构建的可能特征,并提出了相关对策建议。This paper studied Chinese OEM enterprises＇ ability transition in embedding on global value chains and industrial chain upgrading mechanism. In the way of OEM enterprises＇ upgrading, the transition Of capability faces the dual constraints of Global Value Chain governance and local external growth environment, which significantly restricted the growth of OEM enterprises＇ innovation capability. Therefore, it needs to build supportive mechanism of OEM enterprises＇ ability transition and industrial chain upgrading from both demand and supply levels under the condition of OEM enterprises＇ ability transition barrier so that we can promote OEM enterprises＇ innovation resources investment, technology capability, brand and corporate culture. On the basis, it summarizes the characteristics of the construction of transition support mechanism and puts forward some relative suggestions.
