废旧镁铬砖再生料在RH浸渍管喷补料中的应用

摘　　要：以废旧镁铬砖回收料作为主要原料,采用硅酸盐复合磺酸盐为结合剂,制备了一种RH炉浸渍管喷补料,并研究了废旧镁铬砖和复合结合剂加入量对材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,加入70%的废旧镁铬砖和3%的复合结合剂,对提高喷补料使用性能有利,研制的RH喷补料使用性能优异,喷补一次可使用3~4炉。RH snorkel gunning refractories were prepared using waste magnesia-chrome bricks as main staring materials and silicate composite sulfonate as binder. Effects of waste magnesia-chrome bricks and silicate composite sulfonate addition on properties of gunning refractories were studied. The results show that adding70% of waste magnesia-chrome bricks and 3% of silicate composite sulfonate addition is benefical to service performances of RH Snorkel Gunning Refractories. The gunning refractories have excellent service performances.It can be used for 3~4 furnace after each spray repair.
