摘　　要：回顾近年来针刺治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床研究,从促进胃排空、调节胃电活动、调节胃敏感性、影响血浆代谢物、调节胃肠激素、调节自主神经肠神经、调节脑葡萄糖代谢、影响脑功能成像和调节心理等方面,总结针刺治疗FD的临床疗效,旨在促进针刺治疗FD临床疗效的不断发现,从而更好地为临床应用提供依据。This article reviewed literatures on acupuncture treatment for functional dyspepsia during recent years. The study summarized curative effects of acupuncture on treating functional dyspepsia from promoting gastric emptying, regulating gastric electrical activity, regulating gastric sensitivity, affecting plasma metabolites, regulating gastrointestinal hormone, affecting autonomic nervous and enteric nervous system, adjusting cerebral glucose metabolism, affecting brain imaging and adjusting psychological activities, which can promote the discoveries of curative effects of acupuncture in treating functional dyspepsia, and provide scientific evidences to the clinical application.
