摘 要:针对分动器箱体复杂结构,将基于变密度的拓扑优化分析方法应用到汽车变速箱箱体的结构设计。将结构的最小柔度作为优化目标,以体积分数、位移、应力、模态频率和加工方式为约束条件,分别展开了箱体结构外廓和内部加强筋板结构的拓扑优化分析,并对优化设计的箱体结构进行了静强度和模态分析。结果表明:箱体结构静强度和模态频率均高于设计指标,实现了复杂箱体结构的拓扑优化设计。The topology optimization design of the complicated transfer case housing is conducted by using the variable density method. Taking the minimum compliance as the optimization objective and the volume fraction,static displacement,static stress,modal frequency and machining process as constrains condition,the topology optimization analysis of external shape and internal rib plate are carried out. Then,the static strength and modal character analysis of the optimized transfer case housing are carried out. The analysis results demonstrate that the static strength and modal frequency are higher than the design objective,the topology optimization design of complex housing structure is realized.
