摘　　要：设计了蛇簧联轴器的静扭转试验、空载运转和动态试验,并通过试验验证了研发的蛇簧联轴器最大转矩能达到160 000 N·m,且转矩与两半联轴器的相对转角成非线性关系,强度能达到设计的要求,已在试验装备上投入使用。The static torsion test,no-load running and dynamic test of the snake spring coupling are designed. And the test results show that the maximum torque of the research and development snake spring coupling can reach to 160 000 N·m,the torque and the relative angle of the two halves coupling are non-linear relationship,the strength can meet the requirements of design,it is put into use on the test equipment.
