摘　　要：目的:探讨分析应用自体游离真皮脂肪瓣移植矫治中重度眼睑凹陷畸形的价值。方法:利用自体游离真皮脂肪瓣移植修复13例先天性或外伤所致中重度眼睑凹陷畸形。结果:随访6个月,13例眼睑凹陷填充术后Ⅰ期愈合,效果满意,无感染等并发症。结论:自体游离真皮脂肪瓣移植矫治眼睑凹陷畸形满意,值得临床上应用推广。Objective To investigate the effcet of autologous dermal-fat flap in the reconstruction of eyelid depression.Methods 13 cases of eyelid depression had been reconstructed by the transplantation of autologous dermal-fat flap.Results 13 cases of eyelid depression were healed on the first stage.After 6 months following-up,all cases had obtained satisfactory clinical results with no infection.Conclusion The reconstruction by using autologous dermal-fat flap is an effective method for correcting the eyelid depression.
