辅以负压封闭引流处理面部软组织损伤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨清创缝合联合应用负压封闭引流装置治疗面部软组织损伤的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月-2015年12月笔者所在科室收治的交通伤所致面部软组织损伤患者资料90例,观察组45例给予清创缝合联合应用负压封闭引流装置,对照组45例给予单纯清创缝合,观察并分析临床效果。结果:观察组45例患者中伤口一期愈合44例,一期愈合率97.8%,44例满意,满意度97.8%;对照组45例患者中一期愈合37例,一期愈合率82.2%,35例满意,满意率77.8%。结论:清创缝合联合应用负压封闭引流装置治疗面部软组织损伤,对伤口进行一期缝合,可提高伤口一期愈合率,最大限度减少瘢痕增生,提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of debridement and suturing combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of facial skin soft tissue injuries.Methods Clinical data about 90 patients of facial skin soft tissue injuries caused by traffic admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015,45 cases of observation group received debridement and suturing combined with vacuum sealing drainage,45 cases of the control group received debridement and suturing,were retrospectly analyzed.Results 44 patients（97.8%）was primary healing and 44 patients（97.8%）expressed satisfaction of the observation group,37 patients（82.2%）was primary healing and 35 patients（77.8%）expressed satisfaction of the control group.Conclusion Debridement and suturing combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of facial skin soft tissue injuries could improve the primary healing rate and satisfactory level,which could reduce the rate of postoperative scar hyperplasia.
