泛发性白癜风患者外周血体外活化后T细胞表达CD154水平的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较泛发性白癜风患者和正常人外周血T细胞体外活化后表达的CD154水平。方法:活化前及体外活化6h后,分别对泛发性白癜风患者及对照组外周血标记CD3,裂解红细胞,获取外周血有核细胞后标记CD154,流式细胞仪检测并比较两组CD3^+T细胞CD154表达水平。结果:体外活化6h后,泛发性白癜风患者外周血CD3^+T细胞CD154表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外周血T细胞过度表达的CD154可能通过诱导自身抗体产生及增加炎性细胞因子等途径参与白癜风的发病机制。Objective To investigate the expressing levels of CD154 on T cells from peripheral blood of patients with generalized vitiligo in response to in vitro stimulation,and compare with that of the normal.Methods Before and after cultured in vitro for 6h,the whole blood was stained with CD3,the nucleated cells were stained with CD154 after separated by lysing the red blood cells.The expressing rates of CD154 on CD3^＋T cells were detected by flow cytometer.Results Cultured in vitro for 6h,the expression rates of CD154 on CD3^＋T cells of vitiligo group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Over expressed CD154 on T cells maybe play a role in the pathogenesis of generalized vitiligo by inducing some autoantibodies and proinflammatory cytokines.
