摘  要:目的:观察CO_2激光联合阿莫罗芬搽剂治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者科室门诊甲真菌病患者,随机分为激光组和对照组。激光组:对患甲进行激光照射后,再外涂阿莫罗芬甲搽剂;对照组:直接外涂阿莫罗芬搽剂,1次/周。治疗前后均进行真菌学检查,并做临床疗效评分,比较两组的真菌学检查结果和临床评分差。结果:疗程结束2个月后观察疗效,激光组痊愈率74.0%,有效率85.1%,真菌清除率为55.6%;对照组痊愈率、有效率及真菌清除率分别为44.4%,59.2%,48.1%。两组治愈率、有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但激光组与对照组的真菌清除率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CO_2激光联合阿莫罗芬搽剂治疗甲真菌病是一种安全、有效的治疗措施,特别是对儿童、老年人等特殊人群有重要的治疗意义。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of CO_2 laser combined with Amorolfine Hydrochloride Liniment in the treatment of onychomycosis.Methods The research object was the outpatient patients with onychomycosis.They were selected and randomly divided into laser group and control group.CO_2 laser and Amorolfine Hydrochloride Liniment were used to treat the patients in laser group,when Amorolfine Hydrochloride Liniment was used to treat the patients in control group,once a week.Mycological examination results and clinical score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Follow-up for 2 months after first treatment.The cure rate of laser group was 74.0%,the effective rate was 85.1%,the fungal clearance rate was 55.6%,while the number were 44.4%,59.2%,48.1% in control group.The cure rate and effective rate showed significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05),while the fungal clearance rate showed no difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion CO_2 laser combined with Amorolfine Hydrochloride Liniment appear to be effective methods to the treatment of onychomycosis,especially for special groups such as children,the elderly and so on.
