钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏联合酮康唑洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察钙泊三醇倍他米松联合2%酮康唑联合外用治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎（Scalp seborrheic dermatitis,SSD）的疗效,以探寻较好的方法。方法：将80例头皮脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为两组。联合治疗组：40例,2%酮康唑洗剂2~5ml均匀外擦整个头皮,每周2次,共4周,外用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏,每日2次;对照组：40例,仅外用2%酮康唑洗剂,方法同联合治疗组。分别于治疗2周、4周、3个月后复诊,观察红斑、鳞屑、油腻程度、结痂和瘙痒,记录疗效与不良反应发生情况及3个月后的复发情况。结果：2%酮康唑洗剂单用与联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏的有效率分别为70.0%、87.5%,差别有统计学意义（P=0.025〈0.05）,单用酮康唑的复发率和复发次数高于联合组,差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：外用2%酮康唑洗剂联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎疗效满意,钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏对脂溢性皮炎的治疗有促进意义。Objective To observe the effect of topical calcipotriol betamethasone ointmen combined with ketoconazole in treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis（SSD）.Methods Randomly divided 80 patients with SSD：treatment group,40 cases,2% lotion ketoconazole,2-5ml on scalp,2 times/w,for 4 weeks,calcipotriol betamethasone ointmen,2 times/d;Control group：40 cases,only 2% lotion ketoconazole.In 2,4 weeks and 3m,observed erythema,scaling,greasy,crusting and itching,recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results 2% lotion ketoconazole alone and combined with calcipotriol betamethasone ointmen efficiency was 70.0% and 87.5%,the difference is statistically significant（P =0.0250.05）;single group of ketoconazole recurrence rate and recurrence times higher than the combined,the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;two groups of adverse reaction showed no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Combination with 2% lotion ketoconazole and calcipotriol betamethasone ointmen in treatment of SSD curative effect is satisfaction,calcipotriol betamethasone ointmen have promotion significance for SSD.
