果酸焕肤术治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨果酸焕肤术治疗寻常性痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法:筛选2015年1月-2016年1月来院门诊接受治疗的痤疮患者90例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。治疗组:采用果酸溶液治疗,每2周治疗1次,连续治疗4次;对照组:采用阿达帕林凝胶治疗,每天使用,连续使用8周。观察两组患者治疗后的效果,并随访2个月,评估痤疮复发情况,比较两组患者治疗的有效性和安全性。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.9%、42.2%;痊愈率分别为42.2%、8.9%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组患者的总有效率、痊愈率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的不良反应率比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:果酸焕肤术是一种安全、有效、复发率低的治疗痤疮的好方法。Objective To evaluated the effectiveness and safety of acid in the treatment of acne.Methods From January 2015 to 2016 January,90 cases of patients with acne were involved in the study and equally divided into two groups：treatment group and control group.The treatment group patients used acid emulsion treatment,once two weeks until 4 times.The control group were treated with adapalene gel coat,daily use until for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment and the patients were followed up for 2 months to assess the recurrence of acne,and to compare the therapeutic efficacy and safety between the two groups.Results The efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 88.9% and 42.2%;cure rate were 42.2% and 8.9%,the efficacy of the treatment group significantly more than the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups in efficiency and cure rate（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction rate（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The acid treatment for the acne is safe and effective,moreover,the recurrence rate is low.
