知情同意书在整形美容手术中的相关作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨整形美容手术知情同意书在预防医疗纠纷中的重要性。方法:回顾性分析本院整形美容科2011-2015年签署的6 100例整形美容手术知情同意书的相关资料,分为观察组3 250例和对照组2 850例,对照组为外科常规手术知情同意书,观察组为修改后图文并茂的知情同意书。结果:观察组满意度为94.98%,对照组满意度为87.95%,其明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗纠纷0.27%,对照组医疗纠纷0.70%,经济赔付0.04%,观察组医疗纠纷明显减少。结论:修改后的整形美容手术知情同意书,可以有效提高患者的满意度,预防医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To investigate the plastic operation informed consent in the importance of prevention of medical disputes.Methods Informed consent of the relevant data 6100 cases were retrospectively analyzed in cosmetic surgery of our hospital from 2011 to 2015.They were divided into observation group and control group,3250 cases and control group,2850 cases of control group for surgical routine operation informed consent,observe group of informed consent for the modified text.Results Two groups of patients satisfaction observing group was 94.98%,the control degree of satisfaction was 87.95%,significantly better than the control group,the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group medical disputes by 0.27%,control group 0.70% medical dispute,economic compensation 0.04% observation group significantly reduce medical disputes.Conclusion The modified plastic surgery with pictures and signed informed consent can prevent medical disputes,and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
