摘　　要：耳廓再造术可以分为耳廓支架和支架覆盖物两个方面,目前应用最多的耳廓支架是自体肋软骨支架和Medpor,随着组织工程技术、3D打印技术的出现,如何将这两种技术应用于制作耳廓支架将会是未来发展的重点。另一方面,如何使支架覆盖物回缩更少、组织更薄同时保证血运将是耳廓再造成功的关键。Microtia reconstruction can be divided into two aspects of stents and stent covering material.Currently the most widely used stents are autologous costal cartilage framework and Medpor.With the emergence of tissue engineering technology and 3D printing technology,how to use these two technologies in production of the ear stent will be the focus of future.On the other hand,how to keep the stent covering less retraction and thinner while ensuring tissue blood will be the key to success.
