摘　　要：立式铁辊米机作为大米加工生产线中重要的加工环节,对其的研发和优化一直有着重要的意义。但目前国内外企业针对其脱胚性能的研究主要还是依靠经验及烦琐的测试。文章通过对立式铁辊米机脱胚性能指标参数、测试因素和水平的分析研究,采用正交实验的方法,通过综合评分法对测试结果进行分析,得到最优配置,从而达到优化脱胚性能的目的。The vertical dergminator is an important processing link in rice processing line, so there is important significance for its development and optimization. But companies at home and abroad study on the degerming performance mainly depend on experience and lots of tests. Based on orthogonal experiment method, analyzing the index parameter and test factors and levels, we achieve the goal of optimizing degerming performance through using comprehensive scoring method to analyze test results.
