摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定不同产地淫羊藿药材中淫羊藿苷、epimedokoreanosideΙ成分含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0m L·min^(-1)。结果:淫羊藿苷、epimedokoreanosideΙ成分的线性关系良好,线性范围分别为0.800~45.00,0.550~24.90mg·L^(-1);加样回收率分别为96.85%、98.16%,RSD分别为0.45%、1.28%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、简便、重复性好。淫羊藿苷、epimedokoreanosideΙ为淫羊藿药材中特征性成分,可作为指标性成分用于淫羊藿药材的质量控制。Objective： To develop a method for the quantitative analysis of icariin, epimedokoreanoside I,totally 2 flavonoids in Epimedium. Methods： The analysis was performed by using a Zorbax SB-C18 analytical column （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） at gradient elution of acetonitrile and water with diode-array detection （270nm）, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. Results： All calibration curves showed good linearity within test ranges. The recoveries were 96.85%,98.16% and the RSD f were0.45%, 1.28%（n=6）. Conclusions： This method is reliable, simple and reproducible. It can be used for the determination method of Epimedium. icariin, epimedokoreanoside I was indeed the specific ingredient in epimedium herbs, the method able and sensitive for quality control of Epimedium herbs, and can be used as indicators of the quality control Epimedium medicinal ingredients.
