摘 要:用非晶硅PV/T系统的数值模型对其全年运行性能进行模拟,通过实验验证模型的可靠性。以天津地区典型年气象资料为基础,经过数值分析得出非晶硅PV/T系统全年的光电效率为4.61%,光热效率为37.00%,其综合效率为49.13%,高于非晶硅光伏系统的10.63%和热水系统的41.55%。分季节模拟分析表明,非晶硅PV/T系统春、冬两季有较高的光电效率,夏、秋两季有较高的综合效率。Simulating the whole year operation performance of amorphous silicon PV/T system by its mathematical model which was verified by the measured date. The simulation results, which is based on the typical year weather data in Tianjin region, show the electric and thermal efficiency of amorphous silicon PV/T system is 4.61% and 37.00%, while the combined efficiency is 49.13%, and its higher than the amorphous silicon cell's 10.63% and hot water's 41.55%.The electric efficiency of amorphous silicon PV/T system is higher in spring and winter than in summer and autumn, while the combined efficiency is higher in summer and autumn than in spring and winter.
