摘 要:为分析和评价不同发电形式中自然资源、设备投资等生产要素的综合利用情况,基于资源、环境与社会的可持续协调发展等影响因素,提出广义分析方法,建立广义计算模型并提出自然资源效率、自然资源成本、资金广义利用指数、广义成本、环境指数等评价指标。利用广义分析模型对不同发电形式进行研究,结果表明:当年利息为10%时,太阳能光伏发电、太阳能热发电、水力发电、燃油发电、燃煤发电、燃气发电的资金广义成本依次为554.4、272.5、82.7、52.3、35.4、34.2 MJ;其资金广义利用指数依次为0.147、0.515、4.27、6.88、12.2、10.5。从环境指数和资金广义利用指数考虑,应发展水力发电、太阳能热发电、太阳能光伏发电、燃气发电、燃油发电,其次是燃煤发电。可再生能源发电形式的推广工作应以降低可再生能源的投资成本为主,化石燃料发电应重点发展燃气发电和燃油发电。In order to analysis and evaluate the integrated utilization of the natural resources and the equipment investment of different electric generation, the generalized exergy analysis methods was proposed based on the impact factor of resource, environment and society. The calculation of generalized exergy was established. The evaluation indicators of natural resources exergy efficiency, the cost of natural resources exergy, the utilization index of capital generalized exergy, the cost of generalized exergy, environmental index were proposed. The different forms of power generation were studied through the generalized exergy analysis method. The results showed that the generalized exergy capital costs of the solar photovoltaic, solar thermal power generation, hydro power, oil-fired electricity, conventional thermal power system and gas-fired generation are relatively 554.4,272.5, 82.7, 52.3, 35.4 and 34.2 MJ. The utilization index of capital generalized exergy are 0.147, 0.515, 4.27 6.88, 12.2 and 10.5, while the annual interest is 10%. In consideration of the environmental index and the index of capital generalized exergy, the hydropower, solar thermal power, solar photovoltaic, gas-fired generation and oil-fired electricity should be given priority of development. Next is conventional thermal power. The development of renewable energy power generation should be centered on the reduction of the investment cost, fossil fuels should focus on developing the gas-fired generation and oil-fierd electricity.
