The Model on Residents' Perceptions of Tourism Impacts and Their Attitude Toward Tourism in Wudang Mountain Cultural Heritage

摘　　要：武当山世界文化遗产地居民的态度决定了当地旅游业能否可持续发展。基于社会交换理论和既有研究成果,运用结构方程模型构建的武当山世界文化遗产地居民旅游影响感知态度模型指出,居民的旅游经济、社会文化影响感知是其态度的重要影响因素,环境影响感知的作用则较为微弱。研究结果的启示主要有三点:武当山旅游业可持续发展不能忽视当地居民的经济利益诉求;减弱旅游业发展对当地社会文化带来的不利影响;加大遗产地社区环境整治力度。The residents＇ attitude toward tourism is of great importance in the sustainable development of the Wudang Mountain tourism.Based on the social exchange theory and existing researches, the model on residents ＇perceptions of tourism impacts and their attitude toward tourism in Wudang Mountain cultural heritage is constructed by using structural equation modeling（SEM）. According to the model, the residents＇ perceptions of the economic, social and cultural tourism impacts was positively associated with their attitude toward tourism. There is no positive linkage between residents ＇perceptions of the environmental tourism impacts and their attitude toward tourism. Three enlightenments can be learnt from the findings.Firstly, Local residents ＇economic interest demand shouldn＇t be ignored in the sustainable development of the Wudang Mountain tourism. Secondly, the adverse social and cultural tourism impacts should be weakened. Thirdly, the community environmental punishment strength should be increased.
