摘　　要：本文从馆员的知识养成出发,多角度分析了图书馆职业生涯现状,从馆员、读者、管理者、单位制度层面思考了完成图书馆职业活动理想化状态。This paper analyzed the present status of library professional career from the viewpoint of librarian＇s knowledge development,and discussed the idealized situation of library professional activities from the perspective of librarian,reader,manager and institutional system.
