摘　　要：以商贸家园3号楼为例,从沉降监测、倾斜监测和位移监测等方面进行房屋质量监测。从监测结果看,3号楼整体安全可控,结果也表明该监测方法切实可行,可以应用到各种建筑物质量检测中。In this paper,we discussed the house quality monitoring of NO. 3 building of Shangmao District from the aspects of settlement monitoring,inclination monitoring and displacement monitoring. According to the monitoring results,the safe of NO. 3 building is in control. And the results also reflect the monitoring method is feasible,it can be applied to a variety of building quality detection.
