摘　　要：目的:针对S2001型野战车载式X射线机透视摄影架的频发故障,在结合其结构及原理进行故障分析的基础上,提出有效的维修方法,以提高车载式X射线机透视摄影架的修复效率,增强技术保障能力。方法:分析透视摄影架的结构、功能与电路原理,运用故障分析方法分析故障现象与故障原因,根据分析结果提出有效的维修方法。结果:通过故障分析,找出了透视摄影架微控制单元(MCU)板发生烧板、单片机配置不当、按键铁片断裂以及变频器受控系统损坏等常见故障成因,提高了修复效率。结论:野战车载式X射线机透视摄影架的故障频发主要部位是做不同运动的5个电机和相应的电路板及配套变频器,可根据故障分析找出有效的维修方法,从而提升野战车载式X射线机透视摄影架的维修保障能力。Objective：Focused on detailed analysis of structures, principles and common faults in S2001 X-ray field vehicle perspective radiography stand, effective repair and maintennance methods can be put forward, which can improve the repair efficiency and strengthen medical support ability of X-ray field vehicle.Methods： Effective repair methods could be put forward by analyzing the structures, functions and circuit theory of the perspective radiography stand, and the faults.Results：The maintenance efficiency is improved after analyzing the faults.Conclusion： The major parts of the failures are the five different motors which drive the perspective radiography stand and its corresponding circuit boards and frequency converters after analyzing the faults. Combined with the situation, the effective repair methods can improve the maintenance support capability of S2001 X-ray field vehicle.
