高师舞蹈教学中基本能力训练分析

摘　　要：扎实的舞蹈素质和良好的学习习惯是高师学生日后继续学习舞蹈或从事舞蹈教学工作的基础与保证。高师舞蹈教师在舞蹈教学过程中应根据高师生的实际情况,对其加强舞蹈基本能力的训练。本文主要从正确理解舞蹈基本能力训练的重要性,正确认识站立在舞蹈基本能力训练中的基础性地位,正确强化舞蹈基本能力训练中的把杆训练、呼吸、动作、想象等方面的训练,对高师舞蹈基本能力训练如何扎实教学效果等具体问题进行探讨。Solid dance quality and good learning habits are the basis and guarantee for the students to continue learning dance or to engage in dance teaching in the future. This paper mainly has a correct understanding of the stand in basic dance training in basic position,carries on the discussion on specific issues related to the training of basic ability in normal dance and how solid the teaching effect from the importance of correct understanding of basic dance training.
