沐舒坦与固尔苏应用于新生儿肺透明膜病的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨沐舒坦与固尔苏用于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床治疗效果。方法将100例患有新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的早产低体重儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,在两组给予同样的综合治疗的基础上分别给予沐舒坦与固尔苏治疗,观察两组患儿血气指标、X线、临床症状等变化,对其临床治疗效果进行评估。结果两组患儿临床治疗效果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组患儿体温降至正常时间、肺部体征消失时间以及疗程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征应用沐舒坦与固尔苏的疗效没有明显差异,均能够获得较好的治疗效果。但沐舒坦要比固尔苏起效稍快,总体治疗效果优于固尔苏,因此临床上应尽早、足量使用沐舒坦,避免因出现肺动脉高压而致持续性动脉导管开放。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Mucosolvin and Curosurf in treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease. Methods One hundred preterm low-birth-weight infants with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group equally. All the infants were treated by comprehensive therapy, then the infants in the two groups were treated by Mucosolvin and Curosurf, respectively. The changes of blood gas index, X-ray, and clinical symptoms were observed to evaluate the clinical effects in the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical effect between the two groups （P〉0. 05）, but the time of temperature return to normal, disappearance time of pulmonary symptoms, and the course of treatment in treatment group were statistically significantly shorter than those in control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion There is no significant difference in the clnical effect between Mucosolvin and Curosurf in treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease, both of the two drugs can obtain good curative effect, but Mucosolvin takes effects faster than Curosurf, the whole curative effect is better than that of Curosurf, so Mucosolvin should be adequately used as soon as possible to avoid continuous arterial patent ductus arteriosus caused by pulmonary hypertension.
