摘  要:水资源短缺是制约黄河流域社会经济发展的主要瓶颈,提高用水效率对缓解该区域水资源短缺问题十分重要。根据黄河流域2010年供用水资料构建用水效率评价指标体系,运用基于混合蛙跳算法的投影寻踪模型对黄河流域用水效率进行评价,以模型计算的投影值作为衡量流域各省(区)用水效率水平的依据,并分析影响用水效率的主要因素。结果表明:用水效率存在明显的区域差异,经济社会发展水平相对较高的区域,水资源利用效率相对较高,山西用水效率最高,宁夏用水效率最低;人均综合用水量、农田灌溉每公顷平均用水量、农业用水比例、万元GDP用水量等为黄河流域用水效率的主要影响因素。评价结果可为用水效率管理及节水型社会建设提供科学的参考依据。Water shortage is a major bottleneck restricting the development of social economy in the Yellow River Basin,so it is very important to improve the water use efficiency to ease the shortage of water resources in the region.In this paper,constructing the evaluation index system of water use efficiency based on the water use data in the Yellow River Basin in 2010,the water use efficiency is evaluated by using the Projection Pursuit Model based on the Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm in the Yellow River basin,the projection value is the level basis to evaluate the water use efficiency in the Yellow River basin,and analyze the main factors influencing the water use efficiency.The results show that there is obvious regional differences in water use efficiency,the area of relatively high level of economic and social development,water use efficiency is relatively high,the highest water use efficiency in Shanxi,the lowest water use efficiency in Ningxia.It is the main influencing factor of the water use efficiency about integrated water consumption per capita,farmland irrigation water consumption per acre,proportion of agricultural water,ten thousand yuan GDP water consumption in the Yellow River Basin.The results serve as a scientific basis for water use efficiency management and water-saving society.
