摘 要:智能电网综合建设工程的各项子工程产生的效益具有显著差异。通过分析各子工程的贡献度,能够科学地评价各子工程对总工程的重要性,并为综合工程发展方向提供参考。建立了智能电网综合建设工程效益评价通用指标体系,提出了各子工程的直接贡献值和贡献度矩阵的定义及其计算方法,从而构建子工程对整个建设工程的综合贡献度分析模型。最后以郑州高新技术开发区智能电网综合建设工程为例,结果表明,与智能电表及监测设备、智能输配电相关的子工程对智能电网综合建设工程的贡献度较大,电动汽车相关工程的贡献度最弱。须高度重视智能监测和输变电系统的科技研发,资金投入和建设质量并应密切关注电动汽车发展情况,适时加大对电动汽车工程的投入。Comprehensive construction project for smart grid is constituted by the distributed energy system,intelligent substation system,intelligent communication platform and other subprojects.These sub-projects make different contributions to the goal of the whole comprehensive construction project.By analyzing the contribution of each sub-project for integrated projects,not only can we scientifically evaluate the importance of each project to the total project,but also provide reference for comprehensive engineering development direction.In this paper,the general benefit evaluation index system of the smart grid comprehensive construction project is established,the direct contribution value of each subproject,the definition and calculation method of contribution matrix are proposed,Then the contribution analysis model of subproject to the whole construction project is put forward.Based on the smart grid integrated construction project in Zhengzhou high-tech development zone,the model results show that the sub-projects related to smart meters,monitoring equipment,and intelligent power transmission and distribution contribute more to the smart grid integrated construction project;the electric car related subprojects contribute less.Therefore,great importance must be attached to the research and development,capital investment and construction quality of intelligent monitoring and power transmission systems.The development of electric vehicles should be paid close attention to,and the investment in electric car projects needs to be increased on time.
