压缩率与树脂浓度对改性速生杉木基本性能的影响

摘  要:以速生杉木为基材,采用低分子量酚醛(PF)树脂浸泡及热压密实工艺对其进行表面改性处理,并对改性后材料的基本性能进行检测,研究了改性过程中压缩率与树脂浓度对改性材基本性能的影响。结果表明:试件密度随压缩率与树脂浓度的增加而增加,其中压缩率的影响更为明显;随压缩率和树脂浓度的提高,其弹性模量、静曲强度以及硬度不断增加,当树脂浓度为50%、压缩率为10%时,弹性模量、静曲强度、径面硬度、弦面硬度和端面硬度分别增加了88.69%、66.07%、25.60%、29.72%和42.91%。同时,改性材表面耐磨性随树脂浓度的增加而有显著提高,但受压缩率的影响很小。Fast-growing fir was used as studying materials and then immersed with low molecular weight PF resin and compressed. The effects of compression ratio and resin concentration on basic performance of modified wood were researched. The results show that: The density of wood was improved with the increase of compression ratio and concentration of PF resin, and compression ratio were more influential. The modulus of elasticity (MOE), modulus of rupture (MOR) and hardness of treated wood were increased with the increasing of compression ratio and concentration of PF resin. The MOE, MOR and hardness in radical section, tangential section and cross section were increased by 88.69%, 66.07%, 25.60%, 29.72% and 42.91%, respectively, as the concentration of PF resin was 50% and compression ratio was 10%. And the surface abrasion resistance of modified wood was improved with the increasing of resin concentration rather than the compression ratio.
