摘  要:桐油酸丙烯酸甘油酯是一种新型的丙烯酸类单体,可以将含有共轭三键的桐油酸基团引入到丙烯酸树脂的高分子链段中,提高丙烯酸树脂涂膜的性能。研究了桐油酸缩水甘油酯在催化剂作用下与丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸反应制备桐油酸丙烯酸甘油酯的工艺条件。结果表明:对于0.11 mol桐油酸缩水甘油酯,以1.4%(wt,以桐油酸缩水甘油酯计)四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,物料比n(桐油酸缩水甘油酯):n(丙烯酸)为1:1.1,在110℃下反应2h,桐油酸丙烯酸甘油酯的收率为97%。产品的结构经IR、1H NMR表征。Eleostearic acrylic glyceride is a new acrylic monomer. Eleostearic acid group which contains conjugating three double carbon bonds is grafted onto acrylic chain that can improve acrylic resin' s combination property. The process conditions of eleostearic glycidyl ester react with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid under the condition of catalyst was investigated. Experimental results showed that the yield of eleostearic acrylic glyceride would reach 97% on condition that eleostearic glycidyl ester was 0.1 lmol, tetrabutyl ammonium bromide wast 1.4% (based on the mass of eleostearic glycidyl ester), eleostearic glycidyl ester and acrylic acid mole ratio was 1:1.1 and 110℃ for 2 hours. The chemical structure of product was confirmed by means of FTIR and 1HNMR.
