摘　　要：目的:了解西藏自治区卫生资源配置动态变化与地区间分布差异情况。方法:采用描述分析方法对2005—2014年西藏自治区卫生机构数、床位数、卫生技术人员数、业务用房面积与万元以上仪器设备数量等数据加以整理和分析。结果:西藏自治区卫生机构数量充足,每千人口床位数、卫生技术人员数较低,卫生机构人员岗位结构失衡,万元以上设备总值和房屋建筑面积显著增加。结论:需要进一步加强西藏自治区卫生资源配置。Objective：To acquire the changing dynamics of health resource allocation and regional distribution disparity in TibetAutonomous Region（TAR）.Methods：Descriptive analysis method was conducted to summarize and analyze the number of health in-stitutions, hospital beds, sanitary technician, areas and equipments in TAR from 2005 to 2014.Results：TAR had sufficient healthinstitutions, number of beds per thousand populations; medical equipments priced more than ten-thousand yuan and medical housingconstruction area increased significantly. However, the number of health professionals still remained in shortage and the health orga-nization personnel were structurally unbalanced.Conclusion：It needed to further strengthen the health resource allocation in TAR.
