生命历程视角下农民工集群行为参与的影响研究

摘　　要：从生命历程的视角出发,利用2012年在陕西省X市展开的农民工发展状况调查数据,探讨了不同生命历程背景的新老两代农民工在集群行为参与上的差异,并进一步剖析了留守、随迁等未成年期经历对新生代农民工集群行为参与的影响;研究发现:农民工在集群行为参与上具有明显的代际差异,相较于老一代,新生代农民工更有可能参与集群行为;留守经历显著地影响着新生代农民工的集群行为参与,相较于未成年期跟随父母或一方流动的新生代农民工,未成年期留守家中的新生代农民工参与集群行为的可能性更大;而且性别、教育程度等个人因素以及组织参与状况和流动经历等都对农民工的集群行为参与有着显著影响。From a life course perspective,drawing on survey data about the developing situation of migrant workers in city X,Shaanxi Province in 2012,this paper explores the differences in collective behavior participation between the old and new generations of migrant workers who have different life courses,and further analyses the influence of left-behind and migrating-out experience in the juvenile period on collective behavior participation. It finds that migrant workers have significant intergenerational differences in collective behavior participation. Compared with the older generation,the new generation of migrant workers are more likely to participate in collective behavior. Left-behind experience significantly affects the new migrant workers＇ participation in collective behavior. Compared with the new migrant workers who moved with their parents or one in the juvenile period,the new migrant workers with left-behind experience are more likely to participate collective behavior. In addition,personal factors such as gender and education level,as well as organizations participating and migrant experience significantly affect migrant workers＇ collective behavior participation.
