摘  要:通过透视患者期望与现实之间存在的反差,从中分析影响患者期望值的因素有:舒适、无痛的医疗期望与现实医疗的反差,经济实惠的医疗支出期望与现实医疗的反差,对医疗质量的期望与现实医疗的反差。并从医患双方的角度阐述引起患者不实期望的原因:患者不实期望的产生源于其认知偏差,医方不实信息引发患者不现实期望。提出除了提高医疗服务质效以外,对于患者不切实际的期望医务人员要耐心沟通、合理解释,纠正患者的认知偏差,从而提高患者的满意度。Looking through the contrast between the patients" expectation and reality, this article analyzed the influential factors of the patients'expectation, which contained the contrasts between comfortable and painless medical expectation, economical medical expenditure expectation, the expectation of medical quality, and reality of medicine. In the perspective of both doctors and patients, it expounded that the false expectation was caused by cognitive bias and the false information from the doctors. For the patients'false expectation, the hospitals should improve medical service quality, and the patient communication and explanation of the medical staffs is needed to correct the patients'cognitive errors, in order to improve the patients'satisfaction.
