公共理性视域中医学生公益服务实践体系探索

摘　　要："公共理性"是一种理性的公共意识形态和合作方式。它主张思考、交流、协商、共识、合作,崇尚公共价值和价值平衡,坚持公共服务。公益服务是医学生医德教育的重要实践载体,指向社会各相关利益者群体的公共服务,公益服务需要公共理性的核心精神来形成整个社会共同的认同感和价值观。公益服务是公共理性精神的外化、具象化。从公共理性的视域看,培育医学生作为社会医疗公共服务主体的公共理性意识是当前医德教育的切入点。＂ Public rationality＂ is a kind of rational public ideology and cooperation mode. It advocates thinking, communication, consultation, consensus and cooperation, respects for public value and value balance, and adheres to public service. Commonweal service is an important carrier for medical students＇ ethics education practice, a public service pointing to the interests of the relevant social groups. Commonweal service needs the core spirit of public rationality to form the whole social common sense of identity and values. Commonweal service is the exteriorization and embodiment of public rational spirit. From the perspective of public rationality, cultivating medical students＇ public rational consciousness as the main body of social medical public service is the starting point of current medical ethics education.
