摘 要:目的:通过对降压中药药性统计分析探讨高血压病中医证素特点与用药规律。方法:通过计算机检索2005年1月至2015年3月近现代期刊数据库中降压中药的相关文献,对降压中药的药性(功效、四气、五味、归经)进行聚类及主成分分析,从而探讨高血压病的中医证素特点与用药规律。结果:降血压的单味中药数共87味;中药四气寒凉与温热比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),聚类及主成分分析结果显示:功效共5个公因子:清热、活血、平肝、补阴、化痰,累积贡献率为72.59%,差异有统计学意义;五味共3个公因子:苦、甘、辛,累积贡献率为84.12%,差异有统计学意义;归经共5个公因子:肝、肾、心、脾、肺,累积贡献率为70.39%,差异有统计学意义。结论:降压中药的功效以清热、活血、平肝、补阴、化痰为主;四气以寒凉为主;五味以苦、甘、辛为主;归经主要归肝经,其次为肾经、心经、脾经、肺经。从而推论高血压中医病位证素主要在肝、肾、心、脾、肺,尤以肝最为密切;中医病性证素以热(火)、血瘀、阳亢、阴虚、痰浊为主。高血压病的中医用药规律为多选用苦、甘、辛的寒凉药物,并重用清热泻火、活血化瘀、化痰、滋阴潜阳的降压中药。Objective: To investigate the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements and the regulation of drug use in essential hypertension based on statistical analysis of antihypertensive Chinese medicine. Methods: Using Modern Periodical Database for Antihypertensive Chinese Medicine reported in literatures from January 2005 to March 2015, the characteristics of TCM syndrome factor and drug law of Hypertension on the medicinal properties of Antihypertensive Chinese Medicine (efficacy, four properties, five flavors, channel tropism) were ex- plored by cluster and principal component analysis. Results: The number of single Antihypertensive Chinese Medicine was 87; compared between cold property with warm property, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The results showed that five common factors in efficacy was clearing heat, calming liver, invigorating yin, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm, and the cumulative contribution rate was 72.59% and there was statistical significance. Three common factors in five flavors was bitter, sweet, pungent, and the cumu- lative contribution rate was 84.12%, with statistical significance. The five common factors in channel tropism was liver, kidney, heart, spleen, lung, and the cumulative contribution rate was 70.39%, with statistical significance. Conclusions: The effects of antihypertensive Chinese medicine mainly are clearing heat, calming liver, invigorat- ing yin, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm. Four properties was cold property-based, and five flavors really lies on bitter, sweet, pungent. Hypertension of TCM syndrome factor is mainly in the liver, kidney, heart, spleen and lung, especially close with liver. Disease of TCM syndrome has a reputation for liver yang hyperactivity, yin deficiency, heat, blood stasis, phlegm. The rule of Chinese medicine in treating hypertension is more choice of bitter, sweet, acrid cold drugs, and reuse of nourishing yin and suppressing yang, clearing heat and purging fire, phlegm, promo
