摘　　要：目的:考察复方阿胶颗粒对月经不调和痛经的治疗作用。方法:采用灌胃给药,考察复方阿胶颗粒对小鼠性腺发育和雌激素分泌的影响;以雌激素和催产素制造原发性痛经模型,考察复方阿胶颗粒对小鼠痛经模型的影响;采用扭体法,考察复方阿胶颗粒对醋酸致小鼠疼痛反应的影响。结果:复方阿胶颗粒高剂量组对幼鼠性腺发育具有促进作用,可明显提高其卵巢指数,对子宫指数和血清中雌激素水平有增高趋势;复方阿胶颗粒对雌激素和催产素所致原发性痛经小鼠的疼痛反应具有明显抑制作用,高、中、低剂量可明显减少扭体次数,与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方阿胶颗粒对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛的扭体反应具有一定的抑制作用。结论:复方阿胶颗粒具有促进性腺发育、调节激素水平、治疗原发性痛经作用,为其治疗月经不调和痛经提供了一定的药效学基础。Objective： To investigate the effects of Fufang E-jiao granules on irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea. Methods： The effects of Fufang E-jiao granules （复方阿胶颗粒） on gonadal development and estrogen secretion in mouse with gavage administration were investigated. The functional dysmenorrhea model was induced by the estrogen and oxytocin, to investigate the effects of Fufang E-jiao granules on dysmenorrhea. The effects of Fufang E-jiao granules on pain which caused by acetic acid were observed by writhing test. Results： Fufang E-jiao granules in high dose group promoted the gonad development in infancy mouse, significantly improved the ovarian indexes, and increased the uterus index and serum estrogen level. Fufang E-jiao granules inhibited the pain response induced by oxytocin and estrogen, and all the high, middle, low doses significantly reduced the number of writhing in mouse, compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Fufang E-jiao granules reduced the number of writhing induced by acetic acid. Conclusion： Fufang E-jiao granules can promote gonadal development, regulate the hormone levels, and treat the primary dysmenorrhea, then to provide certain pharmacodynamic basis for the treatment of irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea.
