补脾益肾方药治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察补脾益肾方药治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：将60例围绝经期骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予钙尔奇-D和维生素D3口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予补脾益肾方药口服,治疗4周为1个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程。分别于治疗第0、6、12周检测患者血清MMP-2、BGP、BAP、CTx以及雌二醇（E2）水平,测定患者腰椎（L2~L4）、股骨近端、髂骨骨密度。结果：治疗后两组比较,治疗组患者血清MMP-2、BAP、BGP、CTx水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,血清E2水平和骨密度显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;与治疗前比较,治疗组患者治疗后血清MMP-2、BAP、BGP、CTx水平显著下降（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,血清E2水平和骨密度显著升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：补脾益肾方药治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症临床疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Bushen Yiqi Prescription （补脾益肾方, BSYQP） on perimenopause osteoporosis. Methods： The 60 patients with perimenopause osteoporosis were divided randomly into control group （n=30） and treatment group （n=30）. The control group was given Gaierqi-D Pills and vitamin D3, whlie the treament group was treated with BSYQP besides Gaierqi-D Pills and vitamin D3. 4 weeks for 1 course, and the treatment is 3 crouses. In the treatment of 0, 6 and 12 weeks, the levels of serum MMP-2, BGP, BAP, CTx and E2 were detected, and Dual-energy X-ray bone density measurement lumbar L2-L4, the femoral proximal and iliac bone mineral density was measured. Results： Compared with control group, the serum concentrations of MMP-2,BAP,BGP and CTx in treatment group were obviously lower than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, whlie E2 and bone mineral density was higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the serum MMP-2, BAP, BGP and CTx in treatment group decreased obviously （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, E2 and bone mineral density increased significantly （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusions： BSYQP has good effect on perimenopause osteoporosis.
