基于Roy适应模式的中医护理方案在突发性耳聋患者中的运用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:基于Roy适应模式建立突发性耳聋中医护理方案,并探讨其临床运用价值。方法:将2014年4月至2015年6月住院治疗的80例突发性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组40例患者采取Roy适应模式中医护理方案,对照组40例患者采取常规护理方案,比较两组患者在干预前后的适应情况和焦虑评分,以及患者对护理服务满意度及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者干预后在生理状态、自我概念、角色适应和相互依赖方面的评分均明显高于干预前及对照组同期水平(P<0.05),治疗组患者的焦虑评分改善程度及对护理服务满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(97.5%VS 80.0%,P<0.05)。结论:基于Roy适应模式的中医护理方案可为患者提供有效、全面、系统的干预,可增强突聋患者对疾病的适应性,改善焦虑症状,提升临床治疗效果和护理服务满意度。Objective： To establish a TCM nursing plan for sudden deafness based on the Roy adaptation model, and explore its clinical application value. Methods： The 80 hospitalized patients with sudden deafiqess in our department from April 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 patients in each. Patients in the treatment group adopted the Roy adaptation model-based TCM nursing plan, while those in the control group adopted the conventional nursing plan. The adaptability and anxi- ety scores before and after intervention, satisfaction degree towards nursing service and clinical therapeutic ef- fects were compared between the two groups. Results： After intervention, patients in the treatment group had higher scores in regarding physiological function, self concept, role function and interdependence than those be- ｜ore intervention and of those patients in the control group in the corresponding period （P〈0.05）; Compared with patients in the control group, those in the treatment group had higher improvement degree of anxiety score and higher satisfaction degree towards nursing service （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group （97.5% VS 80.0%, P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The Roy adaptation model-based TCM nursing plan can provide effective and systemic intervention for patients with sudden deafness, enhance their adaptability towards disease, and improve their anxiety symptoms and promote clinical therapeutic effects and patients＇ satisfaction degree towards nursing service.
