摘  要:考察了处理低氨氮废水的厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥的脱氮特征、分层EPS组分及三维荧光光谱特性。结果表明,厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥表现出高效的厌氧氨氧化活性,对NH+4-N和NO-2-N的平均降解速率分别为0.14和0.15 g/(g VSS·d),去除率分别为80.1%和97.0%;对TN的去除率为65.8%;该过程伴随N_2O的产生和短时积累,峰值浓度为0.92 mg/L,仅占TN转化率的2.52%;另外,p H值能指示厌氧氨氧化反应的终点。对分层EPS组分的分析可知,蛋白质为所有EPS层的主要成分,达226.9 mg/g VSS,占EPS总量的58.9%;绝大部分EPS为TB-EPS,占EPS总量的77.1%。三维荧光光谱显示蛋白质主要为酪氨酸和色氨酸,两者在TB-EPS中的荧光强度分别为165.5和46.1 AU/(mg C·L)。该研究结果为今后厌氧氨氧化污泥颗粒化的研究提供了理论依据。The nitrogen removal performance, EPS characteristics and three-dimensional fluores- cence spectrum of Anammox granular sludge for the treatment of wastewater with low ammonia concentra- tion were investigated. The results showed that Anammox granular sludge exhibited high activity, and the average degradation rates of NH4+ -N and NO2- -N were 0.14 g/( gVSS ·d) and 0.15 g/( gVSS · d) with removal rates of 80.1% and 97.0%, respectively. The removal rate of TN was 65.8%. In this process, N20 was produced with short-time accumulation, and the peak concentration was 0.92 mg/L, accounting for 2.52% of TN conversion rate. In addition, pH value could indicate the end of Anammox reaction. The analysis of different layers of EPS components showed that protein (226.9 mg/gVSS) was the main component in all EPS layers, accounting for 58.9% of the total EPS. TB-EPS accounted for 77.1% of the total EPS. Three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis showed that the protein in EPS was mainly tyrosine and tryptophan, with the fluorescence intensity of 165.5 AU/( mgC · L) and 46.1 AU/( mgC ·L), respectively. These results can provide theoretical basis for the future study on Anammox granular sludge.
