摘 要:通过对比三种方案确定助凝+接触絮凝工艺是处理低浊度原水的有效方法。该方法不仅能够明显减少清水池浊度上升情况,显著降低出厂水浊度,而且大幅降低了药剂投加量,相应的动力消耗也得以降低,经济效益显著。工艺调整后,混凝剂月平均投加量由184.52 mg/L降低至56.44 mg/L,出厂水月平均浊度由0.51 NTU下降至0.11 NTU,CODMn平均浓度由2.43 mg/L下降至1.67 mg/L,并且明显降低了出厂水的水质波动。By comparing three kinds of schemes, the coagulation aid + contact flocculation meth- od was determined to be an effective method for treatment of low turbidity raw water. This method can significantly decrease the turbidity rise in the clear water reservoir, thereby reducing the turbidity of the finished water. The chemicals dosage can be greatly reduced, the corresponding power consumption can be reduced, and the economic benefit is remarkable. After adjusting the treatment process, the average monthly dosage of coagulant was reduced from 184.52 mg/L to 56.44 mg/L, the average monthly turbid- ity of the finished water was reduced from 0.51 NTU to 0.11 NTU, the average monthly COD concentra- tion of the finished water was reduced from 2.43 mg/L to 1.67 mg/L, which obviously decreased the quality fluctuation of the finished water.
