摘  要:研究了"臭氧+普通/改性生物砂滤池"组合工艺对污水厂二级出水的处理效果。采用逐步增加臭氧投加量的方法来驯化生物砂滤池中的微生物,18 d后生物膜培养驯化成功。滤池稳定运行后,当臭氧投加量为3 mg/L、臭氧接触时间为15 min、水力负荷为4.5 m^3/(m^2·h)时,"臭氧+亲水改性生物砂滤池"、"臭氧+铁离子改性生物砂滤池"、"臭氧+疏水改性生物砂滤池"与"臭氧+普通生物砂滤池"四种组合工艺出水中NH_3-N平均浓度分别为0.98、1.33、2.54和2.25 mg/L,UV254平均值分别为0.075、0.076、0.073和0.079 cm-1,COD平均浓度分别为32.76、34.18、39.35和38.40 mg/L;臭氧预氧化对色度的平均去除率可达48%以上,四种组合工艺出水色度都维持在12.0倍以下,浊度均低于2.0 NTU。在低温6~12℃时,四种生物砂滤池对二级出水中NH3-N、UV254、COD、色度和浊度等常规污染物质的去除效果下降13%~20%。The treatment performance of secondary effluent from WWTP by the combined process of 03 and natural/modified bio-sand filters was investigated. The ozone dosage was gradually increased for domesticating the microorganisms in biofilter, and 18 d later, biofilm was successfully domesticated. Un- der the conditions of ozone dosage of 3 mg/L, ozone contact time of 15 min and hydraulic loading of 4.5 m3/(m2 · h), the combined processes of 03 and hydrophilic modified bio-sand filter, 03 and iron ion modified bio-sand filter, 03 and hydrophobic modified bio-sand filter and 03 and natural bio-sand filter were operated. The average effluent concentrations of NH3 - N were 0.98 rag/L, 1.33 mg/L, 2.54 mg/ L and 2.25 mg/L respectively. The average effluent UV254 values were 0. 075 cm-1 0. 076 cm-1 0. 073 cm -1 and 0.079 cm-1 respectively. The average effluent concentrations of COD were 32.76 mg/ L, 34.18 mg/L, 39.35 mg/L and 38.40 mg/L respectively. The removal rates of color by ozonation all exceeded 48%. The effluent color and turbidity were lower than 12.0 times and 2.0 NTU in the four bio- filters. At low temperature of 6 to 12℃, the removal efficiencies of the conventional pollutants by four biofihers, such as NH3 - N, UV254, COD, color and turbidity in the secondary effluent of WWTP, all declined by 13% to 20%.
