摘　　要：数字化浪潮下,传统图书馆正朝着信息社会中的服务枢纽和公共平台转型,IMLS国家数字平台项目以图书馆、博物馆、档案馆联盟为基础,通过软件应用、基础设施、专业技能整合,为用户提供连通的数据平台。项目强调图书馆由门户向平台的职能转变,及战略性、激进式、系统型合作关系的建立,关注数字平台的多元化、兼容性、统一性,提出通过数字技术、工具强化数据共享,对推进国内数字图书馆的发展有着启迪意义。In digital trend, traditional libraries are moving toward the transforming of service hub and public platform in information society. IMLS National Digital Platform Project is based on the consortium of libraries, museums and archives, aiming at provision of connected digital platform for public by integration of software application, infrastructure and enterprise. The project emphasizes on the transformation from website to platform of libraries＇ function and construction of cooperation relationship, focuses and on the diversity, compatibility and consistent of the platform and promotion of data opening and sharing through technology and tool reinforcement, which is very useful for domestic digital library construction and development.
